COLLABORATION

Staff skills have enormous  impact on organisational outcomes including satisfied customers, retention of business knowledge, and cost savings.

We  provide training  to build skills and knowledge in leadership, supervision, group facilitation, collaboration and team building.

In 2016 we trained over 400  allied health staff in Professional Supervision at Western Health in Melbourne.  An evaluation of the results showed significant improvement in staff understanding and commitment to supervision as well as over 90% staff satisfaction with the training program.

In 2017 we facilitated training in team collaboration with 200 international airline staff and received feedback from participants with 92% of staff recommending the training to others.

In 2016 and 2017  we assisted in the development and facilitation of a national training program for consumer directed care in community aged care reform,  in consultation with Homecare Today and the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency.

Facilitated Learning

Lee and Genene also provide facilitated learning  and supervision for individuals seeking one-on-one support.  This can be via phone, Skype, Zoom or in person, depending on needs and frequency.
