Using the latest neuroscience research by Dr Dan Siegel, Mindsight; Richard Davidson, The Emotional Life of Your Brain; and Robert Maurer Ph.D The Kaizen Way employees will gain effective strategies to reduce stress.

We use bio-feedback equipment to teach staff how to manage stress from the ‘inside out’ and provide direct feedback to those wanting to understand and reduce stress.  Participants will see remarkable changes in their bodies as they learn to modify  their thoughts and breathing pattern.

We deliver in-house sessions – half day, full day or mini sessions.
